  • Pages: Home, About, Properties with filter pages (type, location, category), Property, Agents, Agent, Blog, Post, Contact, Add property, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, the two “thank you” pages and 404.
  • Collections for properties, agents, locations, categories, posts, testimonials, team and legal texts, read through src/lib/content.ts.
  • Newsletter, Contact, “Schedule a tour” and “Add property” forms with console, webhook, Mailchimp and Resend delivery.
  • Responsive layouts for phone, tablet and desktop; motion with reduced-motion support.
  • Search and sharing: per-page titles and descriptions, canonical links, share cards (Open Graph, X), icons, sitemap and robots; empty filter pages are kept out of search results.
  • Every page reachable through links in the HTML, including closed accordions and items behind filters.
