License

Every template you remix or download from Framebrick comes with this license. In short: build real websites with it — for yourself or for clients — but don't resell or share the template itself.

Definitions

• End product: one website or web application built with a template, for you or for one client.
• Template: any Framebrick template edition — the Framer project, the code editions, and with Pro the Figma file and the AI prompt pack.
• Pro: a Framebrick Pro plan — Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime.

You can

• Build unlimited end products with any template, whether you got it free or with Pro.
• Change the template in any way and combine it with your own work.
• Use the end product commercially, and build it for a paying client. Your client can use and host that website; the license to the template stays with you.
• Host the end product anywhere and keep its source in private repositories.

You can't

• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, share or give away the template or any part of it — modified or not — as a template, theme, starter, UI kit, component library or design file.
• Publish the template's source code in a public repository or anywhere others can download it.
• Use the template in a product that lets others create websites or designs from it (site builders, template marketplaces, generators, AI training datasets).
• Share your download, remix link, account or access with anyone else.
• Present the template's design or code as your own original work.

When Pro ends

What you downloaded or built while you had Pro stays licensed after a Monthly or Yearly plan ends — including the Figma files and AI prompts. New downloads of Pro-only files and downloads beyond the free monthly limit need an active plan. Lifetime never ends.

Photos, fonts and third-party code

Photos in live previews are for demonstration only and aren't included in downloads — you replace them with your own. Fonts, icons and open-source packages keep their own licenses, listed in each template's README.

Free components

Framebrick UI components are free to use in personal and commercial projects. You may not repackage them as your own component library.

Termination and warranty

This license ends automatically if you break its terms; you must then stop using the template and delete your copies. Websites already delivered to clients in good faith are not affected. Templates are provided "as is", without warranty, to the extent the law allows.
