Terms of Service

These terms apply when you use framebrick.co, create an account, download templates, subscribe to Pro, or use Framebrick UI components. Framebrick is run by Marcframe, Manggis, Ngancar, Kediri, East Java, Indonesia. By using the site you agree to these terms.

Your account

• You sign in with Google or with a link we email you. Keep that email and your Google account secure — anyone who can get into them can use your Framebrick account.
• One account is for one person. Don't share it; the license doesn't allow sharing access.
• You can delete your account at any time by contacting us. Payments stay recorded for tax purposes.

Free templates and downloads

• Every template is free. Remixing in Framer needs no account. Downloading code editions needs a free account, which can download 10 template editions per calendar month (downloading the same one again doesn't count).
• The site shows sponsored cards, clearly labelled. Sponsors don't see who you are.

Pro

• Pro adds unlimited downloads, the Figma and AI prompt editions, early access to new templates, no sponsored cards and priority support. It comes as Monthly, Yearly or Lifetime.
• Prices are shown in US dollars. Our payment provider, Polar, processes the payment as the merchant of record and may add sales tax or VAT for your country.
• Monthly and Yearly renew automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. Cancel anytime from the billing link in your account; you keep Pro until the paid period ends. We tell you by email before a price change applies to your plan.
• Lifetime is one payment for Pro for as long as Framebrick offers templates.
• Templates, free or with Pro, are licensed as described in the license; you don't own them.
• Refunds follow the refund policy.

Downloads and updates

• Downloads start from the template page. Download links expire after a short time for security; start a new download whenever you need one. Updates are downloads of the newest version.
• We may update templates to fix issues or keep them working with new versions of Framer or frameworks. We may retire a template; websites you already built with it stay licensed.

Templates and components are provided as they are

Templates and Framebrick UI components are provided free of charge, as they are. You may use them in personal and commercial projects, but not repackage or resell them as your own templates or component library.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to access other people's accounts or files, overload or scrape the site, bypass download limits, or use the site for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

Liability

We work hard to keep templates and the site reliable, but they are provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect losses, and our total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms; the effective date above shows the latest version. Significant changes are emailed to account holders before they apply.
