Privacy Policy

This policy explains what we collect when you use framebrick.co, sign in to your account or subscribe to Pro, why we need it, and the choices you have. Framebrick is run by Marcframe, Manggis, Ngancar, Kediri, East Java, Indonesia.

What we collect

• Account details: your email address, and the name and profile picture on your Google account if you sign in with Google.
• Pro: your plan, its status and renewal date, and your Polar order numbers. Payment details (card numbers, billing address) are handled by our payment provider and never reach us.
• Your library: the templates you download (for the free monthly limit and to check refund requests), and templates or components you bookmark.
• Sponsored cards: we count clicks on them in total, without recording who you are.
• Newsletter: your email address, if you subscribe, to send news about new templates.
• Messages: what you send us through the support form or by email.
• Technical data: browser and device type, pages visited and approximate location from your IP address, used to keep the site secure and to understand which pages help people.

Why we use it

• To give members their templates and keep your library available
• To sign you in securely
• To answer support requests
• To send important updates about your plan, and news about new templates if you opt in
• To prevent fraud and abuse
• To improve the site and our products

Who processes it for us

We share only what each service needs to do its job:

Vercel	Hosts the website and counts visits (Web Analytics, without cookies)
Supabase (Singapore)	Hosts our database of accounts, memberships and bookmarks
Cloudflare R2	Stores images and template downloads
Resend	Sends sign-in links and account emails, and keeps the newsletter list
Google	Signs you in if you choose "Continue with Google"
YouTube (Google)	Plays the video in a component demo, only after you press play, in its privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com)

How long we keep it

We keep account and payment records while your account exists and as long as tax and accounting rules require. Support messages are deleted when they are no longer needed. If you delete your account, we remove your personal data except what we must keep by law.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent to marketing emails at any time (every email has an unsubscribe link). Contact us at hi.marcframe@gmail.com; we reply within 30 days.

Security

Connections to the site are encrypted, the database is only reachable over encrypted connections with restricted access, and downloads use short-lived private links. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your data and will tell you promptly if a breach affects you.

Children

Framebrick is not intended for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will delete it.

Changes

We will update the effective date when this policy changes, and email account holders about significant changes.
