Findit documentation — Framer

Findit for Framer is the original, free edition of the template: a complete real estate website — properties with filters, agents, blog, contact and “list your property” forms — that you edit visually and publish from Framer, no code. Read in this order, or jump to what you need.

In a hurry

  1. Copy the template into your Framer workspace with the remix link (Getting started).
  2. Change the colour styles to your brand’s in Assets → Styles (Making it look like your brand); every page follows.
  3. Replace the logo in the Logo component, the photos, and the video on the home page.
  4. Replace the demo properties, agents, locations and posts in the CMS (The CMS); edit the text on the pages directly on the canvas.
  5. Give every form a destination (Forms) — none of them has one yet.
  6. Delete the floating Use for FREE / More Templates buttons, write a title and description for every page, then Publish (Going live).

What is in the project

  • 17 kinds of page, 61 pages — Home, About, Properties, Agents, Blog, Contact, Add property, the two thank-you pages, Terms and Privacy, and 404, plus a page for every property, agent, post, location and category, generated from the CMS. /filter/type/sell and /filter/type/rent are two static pages that list properties for sale and for rent.
  • 7 CMS collections — Property (21), Location (6), Property-Category (5), Agent (3), Blog (12), Testimonial (12) and Legal (2).
  • 3 breakpoints — Desktop (1200 px and up), Tablet (810–1199 px), Phone (up to 809 px).
  • Styles — 14 colour styles, 15 text styles and 3 link styles, used everywhere.
  • Components — header and footer, buttons, tabs, property, city, agent, post, team and testimonial cards, accordions, tickers, a carousel, the hero video and a YouTube player.
  • Motion — hover effects, the moving testimonial rows, the carousel, accordions and the video. No scroll animations.
