Get your copy

A template reaches you as a remix link: a Framer link that copies the whole project — pages, components, styles and CMS content — into your own workspace. Your copy is yours: you can change anything, and nothing you do affects the original.

Remix the template

1. Open the template on framebrick.co/templates and click Remix free next to Framer. No Framebrick account is needed.
2. Framer opens the remix window with the project’s name and a preview. Sign in, or create a free Framer account, if Framer asks.
3. Click Copy. If you have more than one workspace, choose where the copy goes.
4. The project opens in the Framer editor, ready to edit. You’ll also find it on your Framer dashboard.

Most templates are also on the Framer Marketplace (the link sits under Available on on the template page); Use for Free there gives you the same project.

One copy per site

Remix again for each new website — every copy is independent, so you can start over at any time from the original.

Take a quick tour

• Pages (left panel) — every page of the site. CMS pages, like a blog post, are one page that shows every item of a collection.
• Layers (left panel) — what is on the current page, in order. Sections are usually named after what they show: Hero, Services, Testimonials.
• Assets (left panel) — components (header, footer, buttons, cards) and styles (colors, text).
• CMS — the collections: posts, projects, services, team members and so on.
• Breakpoints — most templates have three: Desktop, Tablet and Phone, side by side on the canvas.
