• Pages: Home, About, Properties with filter pages (type, location, category), Property, Agents, Agent, Blog, Post, Contact, Add property, Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, the two “thank you” pages and 404.
• Content collections for properties, agents, locations, categories, posts, testimonials, team and legal texts, validated with schemas and read through src/lib/content.ts.
• Newsletter, Contact, “Schedule a tour” and “Add property” forms: demo mode, form service or webhook (static), or a server route with console, webhook, Mailchimp and Resend delivery.
• Responsive layouts for phone, tablet and desktop; motion with reduced-motion support, no framework runtime.
• Search and sharing: per-page titles and descriptions, canonical links, share cards (Open Graph, X), icons, sitemap and robots; empty filter pages are kept out of search results.
• Every page reachable through links in the HTML, including closed accordions and items behind filters.
• Image fields accept a CMS’s image URLs as well as local files.
