Do I need to know how to code?

Not for the Framer edition. You change text, images, colors, fonts and layouts in Framer's visual editor and publish with one click. The Next.js, Astro and HTML editions are for developers and ship with setup guides.

What is the difference between the Framer and code editions?

The Framer edition is a project you remix into your Framer account and edit visually. Code editions (Next.js, Astro, HTML) are the same design as a standalone codebase you host anywhere. Each template page lists the editions it has.

Can I use a template for client work?

Yes. Every template, free or with Pro, can be used for unlimited websites, yours or your clients'. You can't resell or share the template itself. See the license for details.

Remix free in Framer How remixing works

Opens in Framer. Sign in or create a free Framer account, then click Copy: the whole project lands in your workspace.

What you need

A free Framer account. Framer asks you to sign in when the remix window opens.
A paid Framer site plan only when you connect your own domain. You can publish on a free Framer address first.
It uses at least 3 CMS collections, one for each CMS page. Framer's Basic plan includes 2 and Pro includes 10, so plan on Pro when you connect your own domain.

Which Framer plan do you need? →

Framebrick earns a commission from Framer if you subscribe to a paid Framer plan after using this link. It costs you nothing extra.
